We have embarked on an adventure to transform the barns on the edge of the Whitby Abbey grounds into our new distillery. We will create a beautiful building supported by renewable energy sources to house our new hand-beaten still and create jobs for local people. Green roofs will be planted with wild flowers to nurture the natural plants and wildlife.  The design of the distillery echoes the old Abbey Lands farmhouse that once stood at the site, with the dramatic sounds of the North Sea as a backdrop.
