Delivery

We want you to enjoy your Whitby gin as soon as possible, so we always do our best to ensure you receive your order promptly You should expect to receive your order within 7 days of it being placed (within the UK)

All goods are tracked, and must be signed for by the purchaser, who must be over the age of 18 in the UK, or over the legal drinking age in the country of delivery.

International delivery: This service is not available to all countries. Please contact us at hello@whitbydistillery.com before placing your order for us to confirm that this service is available. Our friends at Master of Malt  offer international delivery to a wide range of countries and they stock our Whitby Distillery range.

Missing or damaged orders

Any order you wish to report as missing or damaged, should be reported within 14 days of the date of order. Outside this time, we cannot consider any claim.
