  • 100g Self Raising Flour
  • 175g butter
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 175g Ground Almonds
  • 25g Flaked Almonds
  • 200g Golden Caster Sugar
  • Zest of 2 oranges
  • 400g Rhubarb cut into small pieces
  • A splash of Whitby Gin Real Rhubarb 


  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
