Distilled using traditional methods, it starts with a bold base of juniper and citrus, layered with carefully chosen botanicals — with hibiscus and pink peppercorn at the heart. Our in-house hibiscus infusion adds a gentle fruitiness and its signature blush-pink hue.

The finished gin is smooth, nuanced, and quietly complex — perfect for sipping, mixing, and sharing.

Each bottle is individually handwritten and hand-labelled, with only 100 bottles of this exceptional limited-edition gin produced.
