The 2022 Edition takes you back to the initial settlers of Whitby during the Mesolithic period. Those primitive humans will have survived on a largely plant diet and it is those plants which form the basis of this herbaceous spirit.

Using a combination of locally collected ingredients including ever-green pine and wildflowers.

NOSE - Pine and juniper

PALATE - Herbaceous and spiky

FINISH - Warming and aromatic

Serve with Fever-tree premium tonic, twisted lime peel and a sprig of rosemary.
