Rosehip, Hibiscus & Pink Peppercorn Gin
Not every gin starts with a grand plan. Some begin with a simple spark — a curiosity, a conversation, a “what if?”
That’s exactly how our latest Coastal Curiosity came to life.
These small-batch gins are where we get to play, test ideas, and create something a little unexpected. They’re shaped by our distillers, but also by the honest feedback of our Founders' Club the people who know our spirits best.
This one stood out early on. The bright, floral tang of hibiscus and a gentle heat from pink peppercorn all came together to create something quietly special.
It took months of trials (and a few failures) to get it right. We built the hibiscus infusion in-house to control the flavour and blush-pink hue and the peppercorn was a balancing act.
What we ended up with is a gin that’s:
Floral and spiced, but clean and classic
Naturally blushed
Bottled in small batches, by hand, with numbered labels
It’s not part of our main range and that’s the point. It’s made to be fleeting. To spark a bit of excitement. To remind us why we do what we do.
