Now is the time to plant your herb garden ready to spruce up your gin & tonics this summer.
Not only do homegrown garnishes add the freshest flavour but also the most vibrant colours and ‘wow’ aromas. Our whole range can be garnished with herbs from the garden.

Rosemary
Rosemary is a personal favourite. The texture, smell and colour is perfect for our Original Edition. Add a slice of grapefruit for a hint a citrus. You will want to stay in the garden the whole day.
Rosemary is best in a sunny, sheltered position in well-drained soil.
Basil
Basil adds an instant Mediterranean feel to your glass. Like rosemary, basil grows best in a sunny, sheltered position in well-drained soil.

Basil and a slice of lime compliments our fruity Bramble and Bay Edition.

Mint
The universal garnish that adds freshness and Cuban vibes to any drink. Mint needs some shade so don’t plant in direct sunlight and don’t forget to water it every 3-5 days.
Mint and a slice of lemon is the perfect accompaniment for the wildest member of the Whitby Gin family, Wild Old Tom.
