Whitby Dark Spiced Rum

Serve: on the rocks or as a dark & stormy. Also try using the artisan barrel-smoked cola and a slice of lime.

Palate: Aromatic fruits and treacle notes come through from the Madeira Wine Cask which is perfectly balanced with molasses sweetness.  A touch of sea buckthorn brings out the orange citrus flavour.

Appearance: A deep golden glow.

Nose: Lightly spiced notes with a subtle hint of ripe fruitiness.
