Enjoyable on the rocks as well as a gin and tonic. Fill a glass with lots of chunky ice and add 50ml of Whitby Gin - Wild Old Tom. Pair with 150ml of Lemon Fever-Tree tonic & garnish with a slice of lemon & fresh mint.

Description

Palate: Aromatic vanilla and soft nutty notes from gorse blend beautifully with bright, balmy gooseberry. A gentle touch of honey lifts the sweetness, rounding out the rich botanical profile with a smooth, mellow finish.

Appearance: A warm, golden glow that catches the light just right.
