July has brought huge progress with the roof structure from the south extension through to the still room, tasting bar, reception and shop.

These posts will support the west facing grass roof and provides the view over the moors, town, harbour and sea!

Decisions
Many of the walls in the old barns are wonky and full of character we will retain. It does come with challanges for the sections where it meets the new build though!
