Fill a glass with lots of chunky ice and add 50ml of Whitby Gin. Pair with 150ml of Mediterranean Fever-Tree tonic & garnish with pink grapefruit & a sprig of rosemary.

Fill a glass with lots of chunky ice and add 50ml of Whitby Gin - Wild Old Tom. Pair with 150ml of Lemon Fever-Tree tonic & garnish with a slice of lemon & fresh mint.

Fill a glass with lots of chunky ice and add 50ml of Whitby Gin - Barghest edtion. Pair with 150ml of fevertree premium tonic and garnish with a slice fresh ginger & blackberries.

With steaming mug in hand and fire aglow

Ingredients

50ml of Whitby Gin

100ml of Cloudy Apple Juice

1 Star anise, 1cm cube of fresh Ginger, 4 Cloves

1tsp Honey

1 Cinnamon stick

Garnish - slice of Orange and Cranberries

Method 

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a pan, except from the Whitby Gin and garnish

  2. Heat gently until the Honey has dissolved, bring to a boil then allow to simmer for 20 mins

  3. Pour your Whitby Gin into a cup and add the hot mulled mix over it

  4. Garnish with a slice of Orange and Cranberries.
