Mulled Gin

When it's cold outside and cosy within Warm your cockles with Whitby Mulled Gin

With steaming mug in hand and fire aglow

You'll be kept warm come hail or snow


50ml of Whitby Gin

100ml of Cloudy Apple Juice

1 Star anise, 1cm cube of fresh Ginger, 4 Cloves

1tsp Honey

1 Cinnamon stick

Garnish - slice of Orange and Cranberries


Step 1: Combine all of the ingredients in a pan, except from the Whitby Gin and garnish

Step 2: Heat gently until the Honey has dissolved, bring to a boil then allow to simmer for 20 mins

Step 3: Pour your Whitby Gin into a cup and add the hot mulled mix over it

Step 4:  Garnish with a slice of Orange and Cranberries.
